To rescue animals in need of care.
We aim to educate our visitors using hands-on animal care in a kind, caring, and nurturing environment.
To provide various craft options to enhance creativity and relaxation.
We prefer to use recyclable materials where possible to repurpose and use.
All our calves are boys, what are traditionally known as poddy calves. They are dairy calves that are surplus to dairy farmer's needs. The calves are usually taken away from mum at 5 to 7 days old.
We have our rescue horse Nikita who is what is commonly known as an off the track Thoroughbred. Nikita has had a rough start to life, being bred to be a racehorse. Nikita did not make the cut to be a racehorse so she was then used as a broodmare to have a foal. She is now being rehabilitated to become fit and hopefully be a trail horse.
